How can I loose weight as I'm working nd I've 9-5 proper sitting job. I don't have time for workout.

Try to make Portion control. Without proper diet and exercise you can't reduce the weight. Life is precious so pls avoid excuses like no time to do workouts. You can do simple exercises like using steps instead of elevator, instead of bathing in shower you can use bucket and cup. Sit in the floor and eat. Start doing your works by own.
