If you are physically fit and can have meal properly then no need to take multivitamins unless and until you have severe deficiency of any particular nutrients because it's your body which depends on medicines unnecessary. Try to have healthy and nutritious food rather than supplements. If you want to loose weight follow proper diet which includes good amount of fibre,less simple carbs and fat. Drink plenty of water on daily basis with exercise. But still I will suggest you to consult me personally because one diet not fits to all.
