Weight issues nd bones nd muscles problm

Should I do yoga,gyming or some sort of exercises, 2yrs ago I had my laproscopic gall bladder surgery done nd now I'm vitD deficient my vit D level is around 13-15ng/ml.I'm 26yrs old having 83kgs weight...I need to put off sm weight bt don't knw with such medical condition Should I do it or not..just want to assure dat it's not risky for my bones.
