Hi
It's best to have proteins from naturally available sources than using powders or supplements. Have more non veg food if you eat it. Else, you can have milk, almonds, chickpeas, paneer, tofu, Greek yogurt etc.
Also avoid outside food completely.
Drink plenty of water.
