Weight was 78 when I started gym on 1 jan 2017 and it was 74 in first week of Feb but onwards it's not going down
Weight loss plateau in 4-6 weeks seems unlikely. Please do consult an endocrinologist. A change in diet and exercise plan sure can help with further reduction. Meet an able dietitian as well to guide you.
It might be plateu effect on your body because of same diet and exercise pattern.
You need to change your eating pattern as well as frequency and intensity of your exercise schedule.
