Hello doctor, I have increased 15 kgs during and after pregnancy.My height is 5.1.I want to lose weight as I am feeling very uncomfortable with back pain.I am breast feeding my six months son.could you please suggest some weight loss pill which can be taken during breast feeding.

Don't take any  such weight loss pills it will effect u and your baby. For weight loss take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises daily. Contact me through practo direct consultation

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you .
