Weight gaining problems

I am suffering from weight gain problem since long. I am around 6ft tall and my weight has been stuck in 55kgs for atleast three years. I go to the gym regularly and l am more or less efficient in exercises. I am not cheating in the diet as well nor do I smoke or drink. What might be the reason? Help
