I m suffering from hypothyroidism my wait was 95.7 i started brisk walk for 30 min then kapalbhati for 20 min and yoga asana for 30 min all 7 days now i m between 88 to 88.5 but the problem is my weight flacuate to much

What's your height and weight? Drink water 16glasses daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
