I understand your concern.is there reason being your sudden weight gain? Like stress, hormonal imbalance, family history? If all are OK, then you can have low carb n high fiber diet in order to lose weight. Involve yourself in some breathing exercises along with fat loss workout 4/5 days a week for 40min each day.
