Hello doctor am rani my age 26 my height 5,6 my weight 45 am very week i want to weight​ gain praporaly please give me some suggestions

Hello, Weight gain is, a gradual process and you should follow a natural diet along with good exercise. Increase protein and iron intake, in your diet. Rule out any deficiencies by getting blood tested. Have high calorie protein rich snacks at regular interval.
