For increasing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk early morning and evening. Not only milk include milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk &  for nonveg egg, fish, meat etc. Take high calorie food in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite..
