What's your height and weight? For weight gain u need high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. If u r non vegetarian include chicken/mutton/fish. Paneer/egg/milk and milk products/soyabean dal and other dals Dry fruits Whole fruits or fruit juices Cereals Water 3-4litres daily Don't skip meals Work out daily.
