Weight gain diet chart to be followed

I've been following a diet chart from 3 months but i can;t see much difference in my weight gain. i used to drink babana shake daily morning including milk,honey,dry fruits,ashwagandha and whole wheat bread with peanut butter and Nutella ,then ghee rice in the lunch and again wheat bread in the evening with the same spreads and then dinner with chapati curd vegetables . what can be done else
