Can someone please assist how to gain weight? Not eating any junk food, exercising regularly but still underweight. Current weight is 41 kg.

Increase your intake of carbs : Foods high in healthy fats include oats , quinoa, fruits like oranges, bananas, and blueberries, sweet potatoes, buckwheat. 4. Eat more energy dense foods: Nuts , dried fruits, high fat dairy and dairy products, healthy fats and oils , whole grains, roots and tuber and other energy dense like dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola and trail mix.
