Weakness and weight loss

I feel weak exhausted while doing daily work. My memory is also weak. I feel dizziness from last 3 days. What should i do?.. Do i need to add extra diet supplement to my routine?

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to get rid of weakness. Take almonds and walnuts daily for good brain activity.
