Observed that my son's gums are very sensitive and bleeds occasionally as well. I make him do salt water gargles but any other measures to take for him?

Hii.....If blleding gums are there , that might be because of debris / tartar deposition which won't be cleaned by toothbrush.It will require cleaning...I need to have the picture to suggest exact treatment...& Consult your nearby dentist for the same.
