Hi - Thanks for your question. your present BMI is 26.65 (range 18.5 - 24.5). so no worry u v just crossed range ,do u r overweight not obese. now you can do some yoga/ poses like snake ,pose, DHANURASAN, BAZRASAN, bakrasan etc. Mainly regular dynamic activities ,walkiw,skipping & low calorie low fat diet only help u faster way.
