Hello Doctors.. I had cold & cough 20days ago...and now don't have cold but, yes I have cough..I took Syrup Alex..but, didnt get full relief... Pls suggest me a medicine or syrup..as I feel little cough in my throat...neither it came out nor it make my throat free.. I dont feel relaxed or free from cough whole day..please help me ..how to get full relief from "COUGH".. Thankyou..

In acute thorat infection the vocal cords can get damaged and it takes time for it to recover. During that time you can continue the same medicine ... But it will take a week or so to fully recover.. if it's just dry cough we can wait for a week and see
