You need to follow certain things very strictly as you have lose around 25 kgs or so to lead a healthy lifestyle..
Following good healthy lifestyle by not sitting or relaxing much and being active all day long by doing morning and evening exercises for about 45 mins to 1 hour such as walking, taking steps , aerobics, yoga like surya namaskar and aasanas etc...
With respect to diet always keeping in mind the portion sizes of foods you consume and taking high fiber diets, complex carbs with low GI, plant proteins mostly,and legumes like green peas, beans varieties, lobhia, rajma etc.. lesser amounts of saturated fats like milk and milk products, and more of EFA's like Omega 3 and Omega 6 such as Almonds, Walnuts, pecan nuts .. and Oils like gingely oil, safflower oil , Sunflower oil that are Raw and Unrefined with limited usuage while cooking..
All seasonal fruits and vegetables especially more of Gourd family vegetables, Dark leafy vegetables and less of red meats..and other Non- Vegetarian sources...and complete reduce Roots and Tubers ..and have them very occassionally as required..
Chicken and oily fish are healthy as they contain healthy fats do include them in your diets keeping portion sizes in mind..
Egg whites only are good souces of various many healthy proteins.. which are very useful and helpful to our bodies in a great way.. can include these as well.. but in limited quantities..
Do consume too much of proteins as they may also store as fat..so moderate proteins is ideal..
