I am having severe stomach pain since last night, now I am having nausea, vomiting and loose motions.

If the stomach pain is worse then need hospital consultation..cant cure it by taking medicines from home..need lab test to be done..urgent hospital consultation needed...

If worse then need antibiotic..

The priority right now is to stay well hydrated with ORS (oral rehydration solution) or coconut water, as vomiting and loose motions together can lead to dehydration quickly. Eat light, bland food and avoid dairy, spicy, or oily food until you feel better.

From telling ur symptoms it probably looks like Acute gastro enteritis it may be due to food poisoning The previous night what you had for ur dinner might cause it

this leads to dehydration so the first step is you have to take plenty of oral fluids ORS is irreplaceable so take it if u can't take orally u need to admit in hospital for iv fluid
