Likely indigestion / gastritis. Vomiting and fullness after heavy meals support this. Mild right lower abdominal pain may be due to gas.

Your most Likely Common Causes Indigestion (Dyspepsia) or Overeating-Related Issues This is one of the most frequent explanations, especially after heavy/fatty/spicy meals. Symptoms include early or prolonged fullness, nausea, vomiting, bloating, and upper abdominal discomfort. The right lower pain could be referred from gas, bloating, or mild irritation spreading. Often improves with smaller meals, avoiding triggers (fried/oily foods, caffeine, alcohol), and antacids. Gastritis (inflammation of stomach lining) or GERD (acid reflux) Can cause nausea/vomiting after eating, fullness, and upper belly issues. Pain might radiate or feel lower if there's associated bloating/gas. Triggers include irregular eating, stress, spicy foods, or medications like painkillers. Gallbladder Issues (e.g., Gallstones or Biliary Colic) Often triggered by heavy/fatty meals → nausea, vomiting, fullness, and pain that can start upper right but sometimes refer to lower right abdomen. Pain may be crampy or steady. For more information conect
