For past two months i noticed my voice has changed nasal .. But i do not have cold or sore throat or congestion in nose.

Do CT Scan of PNS to exclude any obstruction in nose and sinus and treatment is done

You may be having some obstruction in nose like poylp, hypertrophied turbinate or dns. Need to do a nasal endoscopy to know the exact cause
