Vit D3 levels if checked in lab and then found low,u may need Vit D3 supplements. Vit D3 can be naturally obtained by exposure to sunlight for atleast 20-30 mins/day. Egg yolk is also a source of vit D3.
Next Steps

Hi You can increase your Vitamin D3 levels through a supplement only. But I am not the right person to prescribe the Supplement so meet a doctor for that. There are Vitamin D rich foods but is difficult to increase the Vitamin D3  levels only with diet but u can maintain it the Vitamin D rich foods. For the constipation issues you can adapt following practices which may help you to some extent but if have any problem after that also can meet me for a personalized diet plan 1. Drink more water 2. Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber 3. Exercise more 4. Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee 5. Don’t ignore the urge to poop 6. Include Prunes in Diet
Next Steps
Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required

Hello, Take vitamin D tablets. Take 1 tablet once a week for 3 months, check the levels again and consult a doctor for further prescription. Add fiber i.e fruits and vegetables in your diet, it will reduce constipation.
