Vitamin d tablets

Lumia 60k, shelcal 500 or Evion lc or celol max - what and which medicines do I need ?? I have low vitamin d, low in calcium, also facing pain in my neck and shoulder portion. Probably muscle knot.

U can take lumia 60k weekly once for 12 weeks and shelcal 500 daily once for 3months

Start with exercises , posture care and walk daily . Vit d once a week for 3 months and tab calcium 500 mg twice daily.

Hi Take lumia (60 k ) once weekly for 12 weeks Plus tab shelcal ( 500 ) 1 tab daily for 3 months Along with diets having high calcium contents. That is sufficient.

The pains are due to occupational hazards and will be sorted with work ergonomics. Vitamins will help to improve the blood levels but pain will only go with lifestyle changes.
