Ideally direct sunlight between 9to5 is recommended but because we are in subtropics the practical aspect is less due to heat as you are under medication a few minutes will suffice.

You should have exposure to sunlight for about 20 minutes in the morning at about 9 AM . You should nicely cover your chest and the lower half of your body nicely. Only the face, neck and fore arms and part of the upper arms will be exposed. If there is a breeze then you should avoid exposure to sunlight.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
