vitamin d is around 75... and range varies from 30 to 100... but if u are getting pain in body or joints u need to work on increasing the level...u should take vitamin d supplements for that kindly take tab. Uprise d3 60k once a week... for about 2 months and den again get a test done.. apart from this u must also check ur
calcium vitamin b 12 and
