Very limited sources from food milk,egg yolk,tuna and salmon , mushrooms.but if your vitamin D level is very low then supplement should be taken as per doctor’s advice till it comes to normal level.

For 20 to 30 min or 15 min between 7 to 10 am. With that you need to take balance diet for best results  and do regular exercise for 30 min for strong bones.
