My suggestion would be Injection Arachitol (6 Lacs units) intramuscular stat. Cap D3MUST60K weekly once for 12 weeks. For spine problem: You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 1 week. 2. Spine extension exercises. 3. Medications like Orthocort, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help.
