Vitamin D Deficiency - Need Suggestion

Hi Sir, My name is Madhavi, Age: 30years. My Vitamin D TOTAL level is 14.93ng/ml which falls under deficiency. Could you please suggest how i can improve it either by natural foods or any vitamin-D tablets? If yes, can you prescribe a tablet based on my vitamin D levels. Thanks

Hai, May I suggest 1. Tab. Lumia 60 K once weekly × 2months , then once in 2 weeks for next 2 months , then once in a month for next 6 month. 2. Adequate sunlight exposure Take care
