Hi Good morning! Since the levels are too low, please talk to your doctor for the supplement. Make sure you get 10-15 minutes sunlight everyday.

Healthy afternoon, If your vitamin D is low , it’s important to combine sun exposure, dietary changes and possibly supplements. 1. Supplements recommendations : Choose a vitamin D3 supplement, which is better absorbed than D2 For very low levels (< 10 ng/ mL ) weekly dose 60,000IU for 6-8 weeks under supervision Note : Always take vitamin D with a meal containing fat for better absorption 2. Sun exposure: Best time : 10:00 am -3 pm Duration: 15-30 minutes daily Expose : Face , arms , and legs without sunscreen 3. Vitamin D rich foods : Vegetarian sources: Fortified plant based milks , fortified cereals, fortified orange juice Mushrooms exposed UV light Paneer or curd ( if fortified) Non-vegetarians options: Egg yolks Fatty fish ( salmon, sardines, mackerel and tuna ) Cod liver oil
