You have insufficiency of vitamin d ,not deficiency. treatment is 60000 iu of vitamin d sachets like calcirol or d-rise once a week for 10 weeks . Exposure to sunlight for20-30 minutes in the morning, milk and other dairy products eggs and codliver oil capsules are very rich source of vitamin d.
