Vitamin D deficiency

2022-12-04 14:42:22
I have Vitamin D deficiency. Recent test reports shows value as 10 ng/ml. How can I naturally increase the value and make it normal? At what time I should be in Sun and how many minutes? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For your vitamin d deficiency , exposure to sunlight for20-30 minutes in the morning is ideal. You need to take calcirol or D-Rise 60000 iu weekly once for 15 weeks and calcium supplement daily. Milk and other dairy products, eggs fish and orange juice are rich sources of vitamin d.codliver oil has highest source of vitamin d.
