Vitamin d deficiency

I have severe vitamin d deficiency of 4.2ng/ml would like to understand what are the cofactors to take with vitamin d3 supplements. I understand that magnesium is required along with vitamin K2 please suggest! Are they really needed? I feel really weak after taking vitamin d3 60k iu dosage.
