Vitamin D deficiency

I had low vitamin D. So my doctor prescribed lumia 60k tablet once per week and asked come after 1 month. Now 1 month over the doctor is not available.. So what should be the next dose or other medication to proceed further, I am attaching blood test report before prescription of tablet

Continue same dosage as your level is very low and consult after 2 months and repeat vit D levels after 2 months as it doesn't go up so fast  if u wish to consult me ur welcome

One month is certainly not enough to treat vitamin d deficiency.You can continue the same medicine for 1-2 months and follow up with your doctor. Meanwhile exposure to sunlight for20-30 minutes in the morning, milk and other dairy products, eggs , and codliver oil capsules will help you to improve the vitamin d levels.

Take vitamin d tablet once a month for 6 months. Have dairy products and daily sunlight exposure for at least 20-30min between 8-12pm in the morning
