I got blood test done through Thyrocare two days back. My Vit D is less 5.77ng/ml. Please suggest diet and supplements.

Hi Ur Vitamin D level is very less. You need to take Supplement with a diet rich in Vitamin D. It will be very difficult for you to cover up the Vitamin D deficiency with a diet only. Vitamin D rich food  are as follows   1. Fortified spreads  2. Fortified breakfast cereal Powdered milk  3. Egg yolk   4. Shrimp   5. Milk (fortified)  6. Cereal (fortified)  7.
