Hi Hope you are doing fine. Generally in a year time vitamin D levels can again come down. If you were not taking proper sunlight. If you are feeling very tired n low on energy 8 weeks would be fine. But it's always better to check levels and decide on duration. Need more information about your lifestyle and eating pattern to help you better.

Hello! That is the standard dosage , you can restart it but only after you take a blood test and your levels indicate deficiency. Vitamin D supplements shouldn’t be taken without a confirmed deficiency. In case you’re unable to take a test due to the current situation, you can start any B complex multivitamin medication for the time being. Get sunlight exposure before 10 am, use desi ghee with meals, include nuts and dry fruit, fresh fruit and raw vegetables- these will help maintain your vitamin status.
