I Have lab report which Indicates 11ng/ Vit d so I am started taking vit d 5000ui daily but there is Information in internet that We need Magenisum,K2 for blood calcification somthing , How much I should take vit d a day and do I need any other Tablets to prevent any side effects

Vitamin D3 tablets are enough!!.. also add some vitamin D rich foods in your diet like mushrooms, red meat, bananas, fish .. Repeat your test after a month for the further progression
