How many weeks should, I take vitamin D  60,000IU Sachet . I have already taken calcium and vitamin D3 tablet for a month and 5 vitamin D sachets weekly

Take it after lunch and get expose to sun early morning. IncludE fish, milk, almonds and mushroom in ur diet.  Take it for 3 months. Then again repeat the test.  For better understanding connect or text me will help you . All the very best.

Hi dear The level is very low so it's better to continue for minimum 3-4 months and then recheck if the levels have become fine. Alternatively u can take injection as well if u are having some sever complaints Take care
