Aapne Vitamin D ka standard 8-week course (60,000 IU once weekly) poora kar liya hai, jo sharir mein deficiency ko recover karne ke liye kafi hai. Is waqt aapka Vitamin D level peak par hoga. Sahi results ke liye, aapko apni aakhri dose ke 2 se 3 hafte (14-21 days) baad blood test karwana chahiye. Isse ye pata chalega ki aapka sharir Vitamin D ko kitne achhe se maintain kar raha hai aur kya aapko ab sirf 'Maintenance Dose' (mahine mein ek baar) ki zaroorat hai ya nahi."
Next Steps
Stabilization: Aakhri dose ke turant baad test karne se results artificially high aa sakte hain. 2 hafte ka gap ek 'Steady State' level dikhata hai. Toxicity Check: Jaisa Dr. Kunal ne warn kiya, Vitamin D ek fat-soluble vitamin hai, isliye iska level monitor karna zaroori hai taaki 'Overdose' na ho.
Health Tips
Test Timing: Test hamesha subah khali pet (Fasting) karwayein taaki accuracy bani rahe. Sunlight: Test ke results aane tak natural sunlight (subah 10-15 min) ka sahara lein, ye sabse best source hai. Maintenance: Agar aapka level 30-50 ng/mL ke beech aata hai, toh apne doctor se mahine mein ek baar wali maintenance dose ke baare mein baat karein. For a detailed clinical evaluation, personalized medicine prescription, and direct follow-up, you can consult me directly through my profile.

Vitamin D ka test turant last dose ke baad karne se accurate picture nahi milti, kyunki level temporarily high dikh sakta hai. Ideal ye hota hai ki last 60000 IU dose ke baad kam se kam 3–4 weeks ka gap rakha jaye, phir test karaya jaye. Is time tak level stabilize ho jata hai aur real status pata chalta hai. Aapne 2 months weekly dose li hai, to ab 1 month baad test karana best rahega.
