Vitamin D and B12 deficiency

Since last 2 week I start feeling weakness, body numbness in hand and legs and eith some heast sensation like waves. My doctor suggested Vitamin D and B12 test and test show by Vitamin D is 6.2 ng/ml and B12 is 166.5 pg/ml. So I would like to.know how much time.it will.take my symptoms to go away after taking vitamins supplements medicine suggested by doctor.
