The best way to increase vitamin D is to sit under the sun/ exposure to sunlight ...in diet there is only egg yolks, mushrooms , milk and fish ...but as your level is much beyond the normal you should be taking supplement as per the doctors advice .

Hi To increase you vitamin D levels you need to take a supplements as diet alone cannot increase the vitamin D level. But yeah other than supplementation you can include few items  Rich in vitamin D as follow 1.egg yolk 2 mushrooms 3. Fortified milk 4. Fortified cereals 5. Orange juice 6. COD liver oil 7.
