Vitamin b12 levels
Hello doctors my vitamin b12 levels is 120 and my local doctor advised me to take neurokind rf plus, once daily for 1-2 months and asked me to repeat it after 3months
Is it the correct dose and timing?

It is good.
But it is better to take a Multivitamin Capsule because you may not have only isolated Vit B12 deficiency. You may have a deficiency of other vitamins and minerals.
