I have b12 1552 is it cancer of liver should I go for ct scan USG 10 days ago came normal sgpt slightly high 55

You should go for no special investigations. All Vitamins of B group (including Vit B12)  are water soluble vitamins . Excess will be excreted by the kidneys over a period of time.
