Hi, today I came to know for vegetarian mostly have vitamins b12 deficiency, now I m worried for me and my parents as we r pure vegetarian. Now My question is it ok if i take 10 Tablets of neurobion forbe tab in 1 or 2 months? What’s ur opinion , thank you in advance
