What is the recommended dose of iron in pregnancy? I am taking a multivitamin which has 35 mg of iron. Can I take 300mg iron separately? And what is the recommended dose of vitamin d3?

60 mg of elemental iron per day Vitamin d is known to have toxicity vitamin d supplement should be given only if  there is a documented deficiency
