U need max greens like spinach, all vegetables mainly green colour, beet root,carrots.avocados. low under ground but more leafy,gourd family's vegetables. fruts mainly papaya,apple,pears,some more rich in antioxidants,. avoid ultta violet Ray in summer.consultant any Dietitian physical.
