I have been having a sinus issue with prolonged weakness. I am a healthy male who exercises , eats well and does not smoke. Yet since 3 months i have been having terrible weakness with other issues like sinus etc which is under treatment. I finally got my d3 test done and its reading is 27.9. My calcium is normal at 9.3. Please advise on what i can do to cure this.

Your labs are fine. Don't worry. But we may need to talk more about what you are feeling in detail. Also .. is there any history if allergies or recurrent nasal infection. And any pain around eyebrows. Chronic bacterial sinusitis can cause a low grade fever and that can explain your fatigue or weakness. Also thyroid status is better to check in your situation, not calcium. Any more questions .. just feel free
