1) Which one is better? Vit D Uprise sachet with milk or Uprise capsule? 2) I monitored Vit D, B 12 levels, it decreased from 60+ to 27 in 4 months. I am working IT professional work under ac. How can I ensure Vit D, B 12 levels stay good always? Are there any natural mild supplements I can do for vitamins maintenance?? If yes, what will be the dosage for whole year say??
