Sir i have bloated stomach. i workout daily. this is visceral fat. can u tell me diet or any solution.

Just start with a simple change . Drink water before you feel thirsty. Have small portions of healthy homemade food n more of fruits n vegetables . Do some physical exercises or yoga . BE NUTRIGENIOUS n LIVE NUTRIWISE . Consult personally for proper guidance
