Viral pyrexia with thrombocytopenia

Diagnosed with viral pyrexia with thrombocytopenia and severe anemia last year. She was treated with 2units of blood transfusion and antibiotics followed by iron supplements for 3months.I would like to know whether there will be any problem in future with such type of diagnosis.at present she is o.k

No. There will be no problem.  Viral infections often cause thrombocytopenia. Severe Anaemia is a coincidental finding. Both have been treated adequately. This problem need not recur in case she has viral Fever again.
